1. Program Description

By opting in to the Wise Bookks SMS program, you agree to receive transactional and account-related text messages from Wise Bookks, including but not limited to: document requests, appointment reminders, tax deadline reminders, invoice and payment notifications, account notifications, and responses to your inquiries.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages by:

• Signing a Wise Bookks Engagement Letter that includes SMS consent and providing your mobile phone number; or
• Initiating a text message conversation with Wise Bookks.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions with Wise Bookks.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Wise Bookks is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at devops@wisetaxx.com.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

9. Changes to These Terms
